Food Truck Festival and Easter Egg Hunt

Famous for fantastic and “World Famous” festivals, Little River is getting ready to host the best in Food Truck events.  Some of Carolina’s “hottest’ food trucks and the very best in arts and craft vendors are coming to Little River.  We are thrilled to welcome visitors to the Little River Food Truck Festival on April 3 & 4.  The Food Truck Festival will be located on the newly developed Little River Landing on Watson Avenue in Little River.

There will be more than 30 top-of-the-line food trucks from all points in the Carolina’s serving only the best of all foods.  Experience the bold flavors from lobster rolls to barbeque to empanadas to funnel cakes and Philly cheesesteaks.  From flavorful crepes to the best footlong hot dog with all the fixins – we’ll have it all here to satisfy your appetite.  It will be the perfect day for families and foodies alike.  You are invited to experience all this fantastic food event on April 3 and 4 at the beautiful new Little River Landing on the Intracoastal Waterway.

New and original arts and craft creations from vendors throughout the southeast will be on display for your browsing pleasure.  You will have the opportunity to purchase the finest hand-crafted items from local artists and visiting craftsmen.

The very best in live beach music and classic rock will take over the Landing’s HTC stage as the spectacular and exciting Holiday Band will entertain with shows Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.  Take a walk through nostalgia as Andy and Oneida take the stage early afternoon Saturday after a kickoff by Gage Saylor and the Creekside Boys.

There will be a large children’s area with inflatables managed by the youth at Living Water Baptist Church, professional face painting, and many other activities.  The Easter Bunny will cruise into the festival on Saturday morning for a FREE Easter Egg Hunt just for kids with prizes such as FREE jet ski rides, Sea Thunder rides, and many other wonderful thrills.  Entrance gates open for  the East Egg Hunt with our own Little River Easter Bunny open at 10:15 am prior the festival’s opening at 11:00 am.

Fast, Free and convenient parking will be located just a few steps from the festival entrance with assistance from the Rotary Club of Little River.  Limited seating will be provided on bleachers, so patrons are encouraged to bring your own lawn chairs and relax comfortably as you listen to the music headliners on stage or just enjoy the beautiful waterfront scenery.  Sit under the shade of the beautiful oak trees and enjoy the music and grab a snack from one of the food vendors.  All food and beverages will be purchased directly from individual food trucks….no coolers are permitted in the festival area.

Join us at The Landing in Little River located on the Intracoastal Waterway for this fantastic two days of flavor, fun, entertainment and festivities.  We can’t wait to see you on April 3^rd and 4^th at the Little River Food Truck Festival.  Hours are from 3:00 – 8:00 pm on Friday and 11:00 am – 8:00 pm on Saturday.  This is a rain or shine event.

The activities organized for this event serve a noble cause as proceeds generated will benefit the Rotary Club of Little River and the Horry County Council on Aging.  By participating, attendees will not only enjoy a fantastic experience, but also contribute to the betterment of the community, making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
